Your Therapist

Colm Duffy founded the clinic in 2008 with the aim of bringing relief to individuals from painful everyday injuries, sports injuries and degenerative disorders.  He works with all members of the public ranging from school children with growing pains to old age pensioners and sportspeople.

Qualifications & Training

Colm qualified with a BSc. Degree in Physical Therapy and Applied Science from the Institute of Physical Therapy in Dublin. In addition to completing a number of courses to improve techniques and treatment skills, Colm has also completed a Dry Needling course as well as a Strength and Conditioning course with KG Elite Performance.  Colm Attended a mentorship program with Dave O Sullivan Pro Sport Academy (lead physio with England Rugby Team)

Work

He works as a therapist with a number of local teams including, Tralee Rugby Club and Causeway Hurling Club, Churchill Football Club, and the St. Brendans Divisional Football Club and has previously worked with the Cork Senior Camogie Team. Colm has also worked in conjunction with the Fenit Development Association at events such as the Fenit Triathlon and the Fenit Coastal Cycle raising funds for local charities and schools.
